The Telford and Shropshire Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) brings together Telford & Wrekin Council, Shropshire Council, Visit Telford, and Visit Shropshire, with the support of VisitEngland, united by a single purpose: to grow a stronger, more resilient, and distinctive visitor economy.
This partnership has already secured national LVEP accreditation, recognising the strength of our collaboration, the credibility of our governance and our shared belief in what this county can achieve.
In March 2026, we launch the Telford and Shropshire Tourism Board, a public–private leadership group that will shape strategy, champion investment, and guide long-term growth cross destination. This board will provide the clarity, confidence and collective leadership needed to drive the visitor economy forward.
